This could be for a number of reasons, but is usually down to the installation company BT Openreach. They provide installation for the majority of UK broadband providers, and so can suffer from significant regional relays and backlogs during busy periods. We work with TenTel to provide the best possible service, however there are naturally cases which are out of our control. We will endeavour to fix any issues that arise, and work with the wonderful team at TenTel to get your internet set up as quickly as humanly possible.
