This will depend on the services you've requested for your household. Water will be set up automatically on your chosen start date. Gas and electricity can take longer, usually between 15 and 28 days. Services which require an installation such as broadband could also be slightly later, however you will be notified of the installation dates via email beforehand. 

You will be billed according to your specific switch dates, ensuring that payment will not be taken for anything beyond what you have used. We aim for all services to be installed before the end of your first month, though please note there can be unavoidable delays during particularly busy periods.
