We believe in doing our bit for the environment, and want to make it as easy as possible for you to know where you stand with your bills. Therefore we operate a paperless customer billing system, and send all bills directly to you via email. This means they can be accessed any time you're online, and each bill includes a detailed breakdown of the payment for each service, and any alterations from previous under or over payments. 

The bills are all sent out in advance of payment being taken, and reflect your payment and services for the upcoming month. We also aim to bill you around the same date each month, so you always know what to expect.
