Unfortunately we don't support pre-payment meters with Huru, and we also cannot change them over for you. If you've already signed up for an account and selected energy services, don't worry. We can easily cancel gas and electricity for your account, or simply put them on hold until you've had a chance to talk things over with your landlord or the rest of your house.

A pre-payment meter can often work out more expensive due to higher tariffs, and so we recommend you see if you are able to switch the meter. Talk to your current energy supplier, your landlord or your letting agent to see if this is possible, as in most cases you can switch meters relatively easily. You can then add gas and electricity onto your Huru account at a later date by simply dropping us an email at support@dividabill.co.uk.
